About us

Off Your Phone is a small UK business. You can contact us at hello@offyourphone.co.uk.

What we sell

We make personalised products using images you upload — currently mugs, with magnets, keyrings, and coasters coming soon. Each product is made to your specification.

Ordering

1. Upload your image and position it on the product using our editor.
2. Review your design and enter your contact and delivery details.
3. Pay securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable charges. We are not VAT registered.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we cannot produce it to a reasonable quality, or if the uploaded content is unlawful or offensive. In that case we will refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are posted via Royal Mail or a similar carrier.

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, but some orders may take longer. We will contact you if there is any delay. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and are typically 2–5 working days within the UK.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.

Cancellation and returns

Personalised products

Because each product is made to your personal specification, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not give you an automatic right to cancel once production has begun (regulation 28(1)(b)). This means we cannot accept returns for change of mind on a personalised item.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Contact us at hello@offyourphone.co.uk within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we will offer a replacement or full refund at your choice. This does not cover damage caused after delivery, such as dropping or mishandling the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Before production

If you change your mind before we have started making your product, contact us and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Your images

You must have the right to use any image you upload, whether it is a photo, logo, or other graphic. By uploading, you confirm that the image is yours or that you have permission to use it. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from images you provide.

We use your images only to produce your order. See our privacy policy for how we store and handle them.

Complaints

If you are not happy with your order or our service, email hello@offyourphone.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
